MemoPryl Testing, Quality and Certifications: What the Badges Mean

Quick answer

MemoPryl testing and quality claims rest on the seller's own badges: made in USA, FDA-registered, GMP-certified. We saw no certificate or lab report. FDA does not certify supplement facilities. Real third-party testing shows a USP or NSF mark or a lab report.

The badges01

What do the MemoPryl badges mean?

The MemoPryl badges are the seller's own images, and no certificate or audit report stands behind them in anything we saw. They tell you what the seller wants you to think, not what a lab found.

Five badges appear on the seller's images: money back, made in USA, FDA registered, GMP certified and doctor formulated. The bottle itself prints two things: “Cognitive Support Formula*” and “Dietary Supplement”. Each is explained below.

A real quality claim can be checked. It names an auditor, a lab or a number, and it can be looked up. None of these did.

Natural-ingredients badge badge
Natural-ingredients badge

A seller's image. Natural is a marketing word, not a standard, and it does not mean safe.

Cognitive Support Formula*

Printed on the bottle. A marketing phrase with the FDA asterisk, not a standard.

Dietary supplement

Printed on the bottle. Supplements are not approved by the FDA before they are sold.

A badge image is the seller's own mark. FDA does not issue certificates for supplement facilities (FDA, no registration certificate).

FDA registered02

Is MemoPryl FDA registered or certified?

An FDA-registered badge does not mean the FDA checked or approved MemoPryl. The FDA does not issue registration certificates for supplement facilities, and registering is not approval (FDA, no registration certificate).

Supplements are not approved before they are sold. The maker is responsible for safety and for truthful labels, and the FDA acts after a problem appears (FDA, using supplements). Even a facility that really is registered has only told the agency it exists.

So a badge saying “FDA registered” is true, false or meaningless, depending on facts we could not see. We treat it as unverified.

GMP certifiedClaims to follow manufacturing rules (21 CFR 111, supplement GMP)Proof, unless an auditor and date are named

GMP03

Does GMP certified mean MemoPryl is tested?

Good Manufacturing Practice is a federal rule that supplement makers must follow, not a prize they can win. A “GMP certified” image only helps if it names who certified it and when (21 CFR 111, supplement GMP).

The rule covers how supplements are made, labeled and tested for identity, purity and strength. Following it is the minimum. Whether a given plant passes can only be shown by an inspection record or an audit report.

No factory name, audit or certificate is printed in the images we have. We did not see one on the vendor page either (memopryl.com vendor page). Lot and certificate-of-analysis numbers were not verified, so we print none. Ask the order desk for a report instead.

A fair question to ask the order desk

“Can you send a certificate of analysis for the lot on my bottle, and the name of the plant that made it?” A seller with a report can answer in a sentence.

Real testing04

How can you check a supplement for third-party testing?

Look for a mark from an independent group you can look up, not just a claim on a label. Three well-known programs are USP, NSF and ConsumerLab.

The USP Verified Mark means the product was tested for what the label says it contains and for certain contaminants (USP Verified Mark). NSF runs a certification program with its own listings (NSF, supplement certification). ConsumerLab buys and tests products and publishes results (ConsumerLab, about).

We found no listing for MemoPryl with any of them. That does not prove a bad result. It means no outside lab has put its name on this product that we could see.

The bottle front shows no USP or NSF mark. The 1-bottle and 3-bottle renders show 60 capsules, so the photos disagree.
  1. Search the program's own site

Type the exact product name into the USP, NSF or ConsumerLab listing. Do not rely on a logo alone.

  2. Read the full label

A real label has a Supplement Facts panel with amounts (21 CFR 101.36, supplement labels). For MemoPryl, none was found.

  3. Ask for the report

A lot-specific certificate of analysis and the plant's name are reasonable requests.

  4. Check the bottle on arrival

Compare each ingredient with the six names on this site, and look at the seal.

Who makes it05

Who makes MemoPryl and where is it made?

The bottle photos do not name a maker or a plant. The vendor page shows “Memopryl Research” and a Colorado address, and says the retailer is ClickBank (memopryl.com vendor page).

Sponsored articles say “made in USA”, but they are marketing pieces from the vendor's side (Sponsored coverage of the vendor). The renders also read “By NutraVibe”, a name the close-up photo does not carry. We cannot say whether these are the same company.

This website is a U.S. order-link partner and did not make the capsules. We earn money from order links, which is why we show you the gaps. Read about who runs this site.

Signs of good quality to look for

  • A full Supplement Facts panel with amounts
  • A named maker and plant
  • A third-party mark you can look up
  • A lot-specific report on request

What was missing for MemoPryl

  • No panel, serving size or amounts found
  • No maker named on the bottle photos
  • No testing mark seen
  • No lot or certificate we could verify

Before ordering, see the supplement facts page and the legit or scam fact check. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and show your pharmacist the label.

FAQ06

MemoPryl questions people ask

Is MemoPryl made in the USA?

Sponsored articles say so, and a badge on the seller's images says so, but the bottle photos print no country or plant (Sponsored coverage of the vendor). We treat it as the seller's claim, not a verified fact. Ask the order desk for the plant's name.

Is MemoPryl third-party tested?

We found no USP, NSF or ConsumerLab listing for MemoPryl, and no lab report. A product can be tested without a mark, but then the report should be available on request. Ask the order desk for a certificate of analysis.

What does GMP mean on a supplement?

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice, the federal rules for making, labeling and testing supplements (21 CFR 111, supplement GMP). Following them is required, so a badge alone proves little. Look for a named auditor and date.

Does the FDA test supplements like MemoPryl?

Not before they are sold. The FDA does not approve supplements, and it can act after a problem is reported (FDA, using supplements). Makers carry the duty to make safe products. You can report a problem to the FDA (FDA, report a problem).

What is a certificate of analysis for a supplement?

It is a lab report for a specific lot, listing tests for identity, strength and contaminants. A seller that has one can send it. We did not verify any lot or certificate numbers for MemoPryl.

Is doctor formulated on MemoPryl true?

It is unverified. The image appears among the seller's badges, but no doctor is named for the formula. We do not use the phrase as fact, and we print no physician's name.
